Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, run by the EU parent breed society  “The KNN of Denmark.” What a truly enjoyable day and thanks to everyone who joined us from all parts of the country to see these rare and beautiful horses out for the first time in force in the UK. The Danish bred stallion Hamlet Frydenlund won a well deserved overall best in show but the standard of horses presented was high and results and photographs can be seen now on this website. Peter Justensen of the Cranswick Warmblood Stud kindly hosted this first ever UK event in conjunction with the UK Danish Warmblood grading for 2005—thus giving everyone the opportunity to see both the Knabstruppers and the UK Danish Warmbloods in one location.
